Th
is past couple of weeks has been crazy! Our office got broken into, we got served with papers for a lawsuit for a fender bender 2 1/2 years ago and our rental property value just continues to plummet. So much so that our equity line of credit was frozen so no more access to funds for us to finish the house. Now it is time to dip into the savings and work hard at the office to make ends meet. We are however, very fortunate in that our jobs are secure, our family is healthy and happy and we are living in our beautiful new home. Rob has started working on the front yard landscaping and it looks so much better already. I am so ready for a driveway and some grass!I have been busy trying to get back to the gym. My friend Jolene was watching Owen for me while I went for awhile but she just had a baby and Owen is now a little shy when mommy leaves and is having a harder time, which just breaks my heart. So the workout schedule needs to be adjusted but I am hoping to make use of my membership again soon. So if anyone in Skagit valley land who would like to volunteer some babysitting 2-3 times a week for a mommy work out, let me know! I would be happy to trade some babysitting or some services/products. ;-)
Ian just got his ants for his blue gel ant farm on Saturday. They were slow to get started but now they have a good network of tunnels going. It is pretty cool, even to mommy and daddy. Owen is growing like a weed, rolling all over and w
anting to investigate everything! It is going to be chaotic here in the next few months when he gets really mobile!
