Snow Days!

We are having a very early start to winter this year with snow before (and on) Thanksgiving! The snow makes for a little slower moving around here but it is so beautiful! Fortunately we don't have -40 degree weather to go along with it. This morning it is just below freezing and it is supposed to get warmer throughout the day.

Today I am preparing some of the Thanksgiving feast. I prepared the turkey yesterday so gpa Schmitt can just throw it in the oven. I am smelling the freshly baked sugar pie pumpkin just waiting to be made into a scrumptious pumpkin pie. The green beans have been cooked and now off to create a yummy yam dish and stuffing, my personal favorite!

Today we feast!

Oh and in case you haven't noticed today is the 25th! That means only one more month until Christmas!!
